COTTAER SANDSTONE -gwg- (gray/white/yellow) is an extremely fine-grained gray-white to yellow Elbsandstone without color selection, with a siliceous bond. The color changes can be stratification conform, but also cloudy-knotty very vivid and irregular. Wavy clay skins intercalated in the stratification give it its typical marbled texture.
Architectural elements made of this material are used both outdoors and indoors.
Facade, including column and pier cladding, window and door framing, ashlar and column stones including coping slabs, interior architectural elements, profiled stonework in restoration and new construction.
