My name is Lisa Müller—and when it comes to Elbe Sandstone, I’ve always had a soft spot for this unique natural material. My love for stone was practically in my blood from the very beginning: My great-great-grandfather founded our family business, laying the foundation for a tradition that I continue to carry on with great passion today.
Even while I was studying business administration in Dresden, I made a conscious effort to become involved in the family business. In the process, I not only got to know the technical side of the company, but above all, I learned to appreciate one thing: connecting with people on a personal level. That is exactly what makes my work so special to me.
I run our company with passion and dedication, and I actively engage with great enthusiasm in a wide variety of networks—even far beyond national borders. On a personal level, I was drawn to Stuttgart. I live there with my small family and balance my professional and personal lives in a way that fits perfectly with my lifestyle. Several times a month, I commute between Baden-Württemberg and Saxony to stay actively involved and closely connected to our projects and partners at both locations.
