Schloss-Arkaden Braunschweig

Eckberg Castle

A magnificent historic building with Gothic architecture, towers, archways and large windows that are bathed in warm light at dusk. It was made by a renowned sandstone company using materials from the Saxon Sandstone Works and has a well-kept lawn with a round fountain and a gravel path leading to the entrance. Trees line the sides.

TU Freiberg Mining Academy

A modern, angular building with large vertical windows and white stone cladding from Sächsische Sandsteinwerke on the outside. The building has two main levels and a combination of wide and narrow windows. The floor is paved with light-colored bricks and the sky is cloudy.
