What are boss stones?
Boss stones are sandstones specially processed by our stonemasons. They are characterized by their rustic, protruding surface, which gives a building, for example, a powerful, solid appearance. Since ancient times, boss stones have been used to accentuate corners, plinths or entire façades - for both decorative and functional purposes. Today, they combine traditional craftsmanship with modern architecture.

Our boss and column stones are characterized by the highest quality and precision craftsmanship. The visible surfaces are embossed manually. The circumferential joint surfaces are machine-sawn and ensure a precise fit.
Depending on requirements, the backs are available either sawn or rough-cut. We offer our stones in various dimensions, sizes and qualities - individually tailored to your project.
